for this reason we have developed a specific home technology section for architects – designed to provide information to this important group of our customers.
Regardless of whether the project is a new build, a renovation or extension, there is no avoiding the fact that there is an opportunity to “cable for the future”. Once the walls are closed up and plastered, it is too late and too disruptive.
Although some systems can be retro-fitted, the opportunities to deliver integrated solutions and a neat, tailored finish are gone.
Whether it is to assist a developer client in deciding which technologies should be included to tempt the ultimate buyer, or for a private client who wants to know more – there should be something for everyone in our architects zone.
thinkingbricks is also an RIBA Accredited CPD provider, via our trade association CEDIA (the Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association). Over a series of meetings, we have presented to over 100 architects, technicians and assistants in practices across the Home Counties and East Anglia.
