We will be contacting & discussing these policies with our colleagues on active construction sites, to agree the best way to return to work, with mutual safety at the forefront of our plans.
There is a specific plan for safe working in our private clients homes, to ensure system upgrades and maintenance can be carried out.
Once site planning, home visit criteria and the working environment is agreed and ready, we will be arranging our schedules and finalising the way we work.
We can support / instruct you over the phone, if there is an issue and you need help.
Please do call us first, so we can establish what may be required ahead of the call.
Rest assured, if your system is operational and allows it, we can access, check and reset elements of your system remotely.
We can build a “technology” specification from scratch, using the plans of the property, and furthermore with the needs of the clients at the CENTRE of the proposal.
From a basic concept, system schematics and finally, a full set of detailed drawings, we communicate EXACTLY how the solution is delivered.
The best results come from clearly and co-operatively working alongside our Mechanical & Electrical , Interior Design, and Main Contractor colleagues.
They seem to like us too!
The right equipment, delivered on time & above all, fitted with pride and expertise by our Engineering team.
From ensuring a match with the overall decor, through to disguising and hiding technology from sight, we care about the final fit and finish.
With remote diagnostics and on-site options, we offer a full range of service & upgrade plans for our systems, designed around our client’s needs.
And we also train all our clients on how to use their systems, so from Day One, the technology is simple to use.
